Meet Nir

Q & A

Why did you choose your profession?

I chose my profession because I’ve always been drawn to solving complex problems and building efficient systems. Early in my career, I realized that operations and leadership are where I thrive—bringing together people, processes, and performance to drive measurable impact. The ability to make data-driven decisions while mentoring teams is incredibly rewarding to me.

Who is the one person who has done the most to shape you into who you are today? How was the person significant to you?

My father had the biggest influence on who I am today. As an immigrant who built a life from scratch, he modeled perseverance, accountability, and integrity. He taught me that leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about how you support others, make decisions under pressure, and stay true to your values and heritage.

What has been the greatest accomplishment of your life so far?

Aside from becoming a husband and a father, one of my greatest accomplishments was leading a turnaround at a company that had been losing millions annually. Within two years, we restructured operations, realigned the leadership team, and returned the business to profitability—achieving a 22% improvement in EBITDA. It was a defining moment in my career.

How would your peers and team members describe your responsiveness as a leader?

My peers and team members would say I’m highly responsive—both in communication and action. I make it a point to be accessible, follow through quickly, and create clarity in fast-moving situations. Whether it’s resolving a roadblock or providing feedback, they know they can count on me to engage promptly, thoughtfully and completely.
